Moser Named Best Place to Work in Indiana for 8th year

Moser Consulting, a technology consulting company, has been named a Best Places to work in Indiana. The Indiana Chamber of Commerce honored 125 companies from across the state at the 2020 Best Places to Work in Indiana celebration virtual event on August 24, 2020. Rankings for the organizations were announced in four categories. This is Moser’s eighth year in a row to be on the list, taking the #5 spot in the Medium category.

When asked about the consistently high placement of the company on the list, Ty Moser, President and CEO responded, “It is our employees that make the company. I understand what it is like to be an IT consultant, so I crafted benefits that help them achieve work balance, career growth and personal success.” 

This is obvious in a number of programs. Moser has one of the most robust training programs available. Moser also focuses on being transparent in company operations with all employees, including going over detailed company financials in monthly company meetings. Moser also promotes a work-life balance with generous vacation allowances, wellness incentives, catered lunches and more.

The Indiana Chamber of Commerce sponsors the Best Places program which determined the top companies in the state through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. The Best Companies Group, who handled the selection process, oversee similar programs in 25 other states.

All companies participating in the 2020 Best Places to Work program receive an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees, who are surveyed anonymously. The report is used in developing and enhancing employee retention and recruitment programs.
