State Revenue Agency
As a trusted partner to a State Revenue Agency, Moser implemented a customized solution that modernized its existing processes, which were largely manual and labor intensive. Throughout the life of the project, Moser was instrumental in delivering several key initiatives that included the development and implementation of an online portal to receive estimated payments, the upgrade of an existing system to handle a state-wide Tax Amnesty Program, conversion of paper-based forms to electronic, online versions, and, re-architecture of an existing, non-functioning internal message center system to correct performance issues and significantly increase performance.
State Social Services Agency
Moser is currently a Prime contractor for a large social services agency and is responsible for performing maintenance and operations (M&O) as well as design, development, and implementation of new or updated system components. These components are required to support eligibility and enrollment determinations for some of the State’s most vulnerable populations.
State Community College
Moser is providing critical database administration support through our structured DBA as a Service Managed Service offering for a large community college system with more than 40 locations. In providing this support, Moser performs database management and administration, database consulting, and support and monitoring, with a focus on high availability.
