Moser Secures Spot on Indiana’s Best Places to Work List for the 12th Straight Year

For twelve years in a row, Moser Consulting has earned a spot on the prestigious list of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Indiana. This year’s recognition continues Moser’s impressive streak and coincides with the 19th year of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s initiative aimed at identifying and celebrating workplaces with eminent employee satisfaction and engagement.

 The Best Places to Work in Indiana program, a comprehensive state survey and awards system, seeks to spotlight companies that demonstrate the utmost in employee engagement and satisfaction. “These recognized organizations provide a roadmap for attracting and retaining talent, and we are thrilled to applaud their achievements. Their practices and principles set a standard for others in the state, aiding in the development of Indiana’s talent pool,” remarked Vanessa Green Sinders, the Indiana Chamber President and CEO.

 To be eligible for this recognition, organizations were required to meet several criteria, including being a for-profit, not-for-profit, or government entity; having a minimum of 15 full- or part-time employees in Indiana; and operating within the state for at least one year by the registration deadline.

The determination process for the Best Places to Work entailed a dual-phase survey. The initial phase appraised each candidate’s workplace policies and culture, accounting for roughly 20% of the total score. Subsequent to this was a survey administered to employees, aimed at capturing their workplace experiences, contributing to around 80% of the final score. The top companies were selected based on the aggregate scores. The Workforce Research Group managed the survey and evaluation process, ultimately finalizing the rankings.

 The ranked list of honorees will be unveiled at a special awards ceremony on May 8, 2024, with further details to appear in the Indiana Chamber’s BizVoice® magazine subsequently.
