Moser delivered the development & implementation of an online portal to receive estimated payments, upgrade an existing system to handle a state-wide Tax Amnesty Program, conversion of paper-based forms to electronic, online versions, &, re-architecture of an existing, non-functioning internal message center system to correct performance issues & significantly increase performance.


Moser is currently a Prime contractor for a large social services agency and is responsible for performing maintenance and operations (M&O) as well as design, development, and implementation of new or updated system components. These components are required to support eligibility and enrollment determinations for some of the State’s most vulnerable populations.


Moser is providing critical database administration support through our structured DBA as a Service offering for a large community college system with more than 40 locations. In providing this support, Moser Consulting performs database management and administration, database consulting, and support and monitoring, with a focus on high availability.
